The 26 Rotary members were all more than satisfied with the fine selection of the hotel (Apex@Grassmarket!), the dining locations (Ghillie Dhu, Grand Café, Angels Share) and - very important ! - the tour guide Manuela who was a walking lexicon and a vivid story teller in person! Holyrood house and Edinburgh Castle on day 1, the trip to Loch Lomond with a boat journey and the visit of Glengoyne distillery on day 2 were highlights of an unforgettable journey! Thank you so much, the only downside: we know that we need to return to see more of Scotland ! 😉”
