“Less than 24hrs before I was due to travel on an important business trip, TCE decides they could not take any form of payment from me other than Cash - less than ten minutes before closing time. MD is simply a jerk who doesn't care. Shame, because his staff are ultra helpful., pleasant and professional Should have stuck with trailfinders in the first place who were able to jump in and rescue the situation - and gave me a cheaper price too! Gave completely inaccurate information and was branded a liar by United as well as Menzies Aviation (handling agent for United at Edinburgh Airport.) Take my advice - use a reputable, established firm and don't part with your hard earned cash to this incompetent, unprofessional, rude, arrogant imbecile.”
