“I keep trying to get a decent curry in Edinburgh and I keep getting disappointed. High reviews for Celestia tempted me again. I ordered a basic curry and a garlic naan. Just to test and not waste too much money. While the lamb was tender enough, I couldnt detect one single spice in the curry! Not one. It was overly sweet, tomato puree with onions and sweet pepper. Zero heat as well. The naan was just ok. Im surprised people give this food such high ratings. Do people not know a good curry? I know that the owners do though. Knowingly making a mockery of wonderful Indian cuisine. The lady was lovely who took my order and the restaurant looks nice. Will not be returning. The hunt continues for a good curry in this city.”
