“Bob went far beyond the call of duty to set right some frets on a floating bridge Ibanez S series (with a vibratio system that is no longer made) which were never quite right from the factory, and years of dry storage didn't help either. He found things wrong I wouldn't have noticed, like the nut being too high, fret adhesive coming off, and a dud new string which would refuse to intonate A technically complex repair far beyond my abilities and toolset which turned a lemon 'for parts' guitar into a covetable instrument. He also made a very nice polish profile on the frets that I've only seen on upmarket guitars. I have learned a lot from the interactions and zero regrets.”
