“A true gem in the New Town! We stumbled upon Bella Sicily while shopping near Harvey Nichols and LV. It is perfectly located for anyone wanting a high-quality meal without trekking back to the Old Town. The Food: We were so impressed on our first night that we actually came back for lunch on our third day before heading back to London! • Spaghetti Vongole: My partner absolutely loved this. It has a wonderful 'home-cooked' feel—simple, fresh, and comforting. It’s the kind of dish you could eat every day and never get tired of. • Tagliatelle Pescatore: This was my favorite. The seafood was incredibly flavorful, especially the shrimp. • Sides & Dessert: Don't skip the broccoli side dish or the Tiramisu—both were delicious and the perfect way to round off the meal. We paired everything with a great bottle of Sicilian red wine. The Service: The service here really sets it apart. We were served by a tall, friendly waiter who was professional and very welcoming. On our second visit, he even remembered us and gave us a lovely window seat! Verdict: If you want authentic Italian food with a warm, friendly atmosphere in a prime shopping location, I highly recommend Bella Sicily. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Edinburgh!”
