Had a very small piece for engraving and both Jordan and Dawn explained to me the process that would be used. Highly delighted with the finished article and will definitely be using them again. “Avoid if it's not a trophy! Really disappointed 😔 they seem to do good work for trophies etc but extreme caution advised with watch case backs or anything intricate! Their machines are not capable of engraving small fonts and the staff are not capable of sufficiently explaining these limitations - expect gaslighting from the staff if this happens to you. Here's a photo of their work. There's no scenario where this is acceptable. I wish they had just said, no, we cannot do this, or if they had doubts, run a test (which I suggested) before engraving the watch! Upon collection I made clear that I was disappointed and so they didn't charge me for the work but, honestly, saving £18 on the engraving is not the issue. It's negligent service and ruining a valuable watch. I'm now up a creek with a ruined watch which I need to figure out how to repair.”
