“Popped into Sweet Haven for a dessert on the passing this evening. Was greeted by the friendly staff behind the counter who gave us a menu and said we were welcome to take a seat whilst we decided what we would like. We ordered the Ferrero Rocher Waffle and a Hot Brownie & Ice Cream They were both very reasonably priced and tasted brilliant. Highly recommend and will visit again. Thanks Team!”

“Great sit in service. We ordered 4 x 2 scoop milk shakes, they were nice but the ice cream flavour didn't really come through. Large variety of ice cream flavours. Waffles, crepes and cookie dough desserts on offer. Slushi's, tea, hot chocolate and coffee available too. We will visit again.”

“I highly do not recommend ordering from here ever, absolutely disgraceful. Everytime me and my gf order its always considerably late and whenever we order waffles or crepes they are freezing. Today 14/02/2021 we ordered out food at 10 to 8 and didn't receive our food till 30 past 10 when it was meant to be delivered by 20 to 10. Asked delivery driver what happened and he blamed 2 main team members of staff who decided to take a day off on one of the busiest days. No excuses its absolutely appalling how they run that place and I will not be ordering there again and always expect a automatic response when complaining. This is meant to be strawberry and white chocolate, no chocolate sauce on it not so ever.”
