“Unfortunately there aren’t many of these in the UK, so flying out of Scotland is literally the only way for me to try it right now. The airport menu is slightly shortened for the purpose of keeping the food flowing quickly out of the busy kitchen, but in our case it didn’t really work out that way. Almost a 30 minute wait for food, which seemed to be down to a problem with the rice cooker. I’m assuming on better days, without any technical problems, it would be quicker. On top of that, we’d asked for no hot sauce on the K-Fries, and, you guessed it, came with hot sauce 🙄 More waiting. Initial hiccups out of the way, the food was actually pretty good! Tasted fresh, plenty of zingy Asian flavours, and the quality of the chicken was excellent. And although it doesn’t necessarily look huge, the portions were actually very filling. One thing to watch for are the drinks. £3 for a can of juice really bumps up the total cost of the meal. We were £48.50 for 1 x K-Fries, 1 x Chicken Seoul Bowl, 1 x Bucket of Tenders (4), 1 x normal fries and 3 cans. But hey, it is airport prices. It’s a fairly new place, so teething problems are inevitable, but I think once they find their groove they’ll be one of the better food options at Edinburgh Airport. Worth a shot!”
