“Finished the job yes, but the snagging needs done as bricks and patio slabs are loose and sinking due to a poor finish and hasn't been compacted by a compactor. There is also about 6 slabs in total that are loose and moving about. Ignored and read all messages via whatsapp since asking when he will come back to fix these faults as i've tried countless times to reach Arthur to come and finish these serious snagging issues. Shame to come to this but i've had enough and now posting a review about poor aftercare about this company. I have also attached pictures to show the back garden patio slabs at each corner that are sinking due to the sub base sinking down as it has never been compacted. I stood on this poorly laid sub base and it just sank and moved about like sand. Also the dip dabbing form of bedding does NOT provide the "full bedding layer" required in BS 7533:4 . It is a partial bed. It has voids, hollows, gaps….call them what you will. It is NOT a full bed, therefore it is NOT acceptable, on any class of pavement, whether it’s a high street or a patio.”
