“I have a tiny tumble dryer at home. So done three big loads in my washing machine then brought here in ikea bag. Nice well lit service area, easy instructions, huge drum and very convenient. Have popped the lot in the dryer for 30 mins hope they all dry…. Great idea and something I will defo use again”

“The machines work well and look well maintained. The 18kg machine takes an incredible amount of stuff. Everything came out well washed and well spun dry. Just loses a few stars as (1) there is barely any protection from the elements, and it looks like a sketchy place at night. I wouldn't send my girlfriend there. Maybe in daylight, it actually looks ok, I couldn't say. (2) it asks if you want a text at the end of the cycle which is a great idea so I entered my mobile details and went and sat in my car where I couldn't see the machine. I never received a text. It's not a huge deal, but if you relied on it, then it counts as a fail.”

“First time using the dryers...surprisingly good! I paid £17.50 for 750 mins. Which I feel is quite expensive, but I needed to get the washing dry ASAP. I put in towels, jeans and heavy-weight items....all came out bone dry. The machines are clean and maintained. The surrounding area seems to need a bit of a sweep, but other than that, it seems like a great service.”
