“Now trading under Today Shawarma. Popped in for quick tea Saturday night 5:30. Tables available - but got very busy shortly after mainly for take-aways. We were offered complimentary lentil soup while waiting for order. I had chicken tikka - best ever had, chicken tender + juicy. Husband had lamb kebab + thoroughly enjoyed. Soft drinks and total bill £26. Will be back!”

“We stumbled upon this grill looking for a different place. I’m so happy we found it! I had the absolute best meal I’ve had in a restaurant in years. I had the mixed shawarma platter. It was fresh and delicious. The naan was cooked to order. The owner brought us some lentil soup while he fixed our meal it was also delicious. The service was gracious and friendly. If I lived in Edinburgh, I’d be eating here weekly. I really wanted to lick the plate clean it was so good! Give it a try you won’t regret it.”
