Their letting agents are solely focused on protecting the interests of landlords, with little to no regard for the rights or concerns of tenants. Communication and support were extremely poor, and it became clear that tenant well-beings are not a priority. Saltouns are very expert in the unscruplous tactics of taking full advantage of tenants to retain the deposit money and playing the adjudication process. I would strongly NOT advise others to have a deep think before considering Saltouns if you are looking to let a property through them.”
