They were always only a phone call away and happy to help. A special mention to Luci, who carried out our flat inspection among varies other things. She was extremely thorough, took the time to listen, and made detailed notes of all the issues we raised, which we really appreciated. She was always such a delight to deal with, super kind, friendly and always so professional in everything she did! Even after leaving the flat, the team have continued to be just as helpful and always reply to emails promptly. I’ve lived in Edinburgh for many years and have dealt with quite a few different letting agencies, and this one is by far the best.
