“We had our new Charnwood stove fitted last week and are very happy with it and the service provided by ‘Stoves & More’. Elaine (showroom point of contact) provided helpful advice together with regular updates and assistance during the time we had to wait for installation. Michael (who also did the initial site visit), together with Andrew & Paddy, worked hard for two days fitting the stove and associated hearth etc and we are really pleased with the result. All debris was taken away, everything was left clean and we were given a full demonstration and good written instructions. The mantel needed to be refitted and as it might have needed replacing, Elaine had ordered a new mantel of our choice ‘in case’ but said we would only be charged if it was required. It was not, but we appreciated their thoroughness. Elaine even registered the stove with the manufacturer for us, so that we have a 10 year guarantee. They are very busy so we had a wait, but it was worth it.”
