I reminded him and referenced our emails. Didn’t hear back, and the remaining work was not completed. I sent 2 additional messages - they became non-responsive. Meanwhile part of the subscription includes a book chapter, so I’ve basically paid over the course of several months for a couple articles and unprofessional treatment.”
