“I'm so glad I found this gym! I've dabbled in various martial arts over the years, and this is first gym where everything seems applicable right away (obviously you get better as you go) and where everyone legitimately seems to be having fun at the same time they're learning. The teaching team is fantastic, and there's a wonderfully friendly and welcoming atmosphere while at the same time everyone is quite serious and focused about what they're doing. It's a martial arts gym - don't be expecting smoothies and aromatherapy - but I couldn't recommend it more highly to anyone looking to learn practical self-defence and get fitter.”
