“We came here for a birthday as it has a good reputation. We were not disappointed. It's a friendly little place. We tried to book for 5 but that appeared to not be allowed. As it was four of us went as one couldn't make it. The tables are rather small but it was fine as the food arrives as it is made so the plates are swapped out. The food was excellent and tasty. We selected two dishes each and shared, noone had a bad word to say about the food. Beers are local or Spanish, no Mexican unfortunately but soft drinks from there are available. The service was excellent and the staff lovely. It was surprisingly quiet for a Thursday but that suits me. I'd go back in a heartbeat.”

“Good experience, as a Mexican I was except for tacos. But they were really delicious! . The only thing we didn’t like is the octopus “stew” with beans (?) That doesn’t even exist and it’s weird Ahaha but apart from that everything delicious what takes the palms is the bartender rorri or “Rodrigo” his Mexican name ahaha. Super helpful. We will definitely be back”

“Paz Taqueria is a bustling little cozy eatery on Thistle in Edinburgh. Serving up innovative tacos and Mexican fare in a modern presentation, this place is wonderful. The space is a cozy spot and the energy is tangible. Lots of energy and conversation. The servers are amazing...friendly and helpful. And the food was so delicious. Even though the names on the tacos were familiar, Paz has made some very unique creations of everything I tried. So good. 5 x 🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮”
