“The tour was really nice. Our driver and guide explained all the places we passed very well and gave us great stories and insights. With his stories and explanations, he enlightened us, and he made the journey even more enjoyable by playing some nice songs along the way. The only point I saw room for improvement was the whisky tasting tour. Because of the construction work, it was only explained through diagrams on the wall. If we weren’t going to see the production itself, I would have preferred to be taken somewhere else instead. Also, Mike, our driver and guide, was always ready to help us at every stop we made. “Worst drivers we have had in 40 years of taking scouts abroad. Never on time, the lead drivers language in the coach full of kids at times was appalling, driving using his elbows slumped over the wheel. Had no interest in his passengers whatsoever . Completely unprofessional from start to finish. Failed to communicate with the group on a replacement coach after the original developed a fault. Left the group standing waiting for 2 hours for a replacement coach that never arrived despite being advised one had been arranged. When it finally did arrive it was too late as the group got fed up of waiting and made other arrangements. Over use of the horn constantly when driving We will never be using this company again”

“The wife and I were on tour in Scotland and Frank was our coach driver. I have nothing but high marks for Frank, he was put in several bad conditions from other drivers and avoided the situations. Frank was helpful to passengers that needed help getting on and off the coach. Frank carried conversation with the group during our 6 days with him. Coach was clean. I have nothing but high marks for Edinburgh Coach Lines and Frank!!!!!!!!!!!”
