“My group of 4 just traveled 10 days with Ali Russell and we could not have had a better time. Having never been through Scotland, he quickly determined our interests. We were not only comfortably navigated through our travel itinerary, but Ali also added some incredible stops that we would have been disappointed to miss. The van was kept impeccably clean at all times, and needed conveniences within our reach. We were treated to VIP entrance service while visiting each historic site. Ali went above and beyond, over and over again, day and night, personally seeing our accommodations settled and essential needs met, before leaving the group at any time. At one point, he rebooked our group's hotel at the spur of the moment, discovering the unsuitable lodging we originally were given (booked by others). Another time, a hotel mistook Ali for a taxi service when dropping us off, and upon discovering a stranded couple in town, he immediately headed off to get them. With Ali's continuous professionalism, attentiveness, sincerity, generosity, and trust-worthiness to the highest degree, we felt well looked after, and eternally grateful, from start to finish. I would highly recommend booking a tour with his company, and consider yourself lucky if Ali Russell takes your group himself! My group is already discussing a return trip, and will certainly try to book again with Ali.”

“Please, please do not make the mistake I made twice. Do not even attempt to book with this duplicitous, moronic unprofessional man Alister Russell. He hasn't the faintest idea how to treat clients or do international business. Twice he could not email a link to pay, take payment from a U.S. resident than pick up and deliver a single person from the airport in Edindurgh to a singular destination a very short distance away. After all flight information and directions were provided for him regarding the passengers, I begged him to quickly send all necessary information so I could make immediate payment. He said he would but sent directions for all of the forms of payments he takes. None of which most Americans use. Also, he offers three pieces of information for wire transfers. When your bank will require about seven or more. I jumped through major hoops to get this done. This being the second oops he made the last involved, his inability to email me correctly the, so called link. He emailed the party I asked him to pickup instead. Now, i actually get the link and learn it is not a link at all. The fee for service had to be paid through international wire transfer, anyway. As he does not accept most American forms of payment. Even with all that was done for him to provide service, he was still a "no show" leaving my family member stranded at the airport in Edindurgh after a very long flight. How could you trust this man or this company with a tour group? He can not even handle a local airport pickup party of one. So bad!!! He is still contacting me with excuses, after the fact. He simply just does not get it. He is not the only game in town folks, just pivot.”
