“The coach itself was very nice, but the driver we had was rude and aggressive. He shouted at us that we had to use sippy-cups(?) if we wanted to ‘use’ alcohol and how he wasn’t cleaning up after us or having any damage to his coach. When I explained to him several times that none of us would be drinking he just carried on in his aggressive manner. After the lecture about us not damaging his coach he pulled away from the kerb, catching a rear window on a bus stop and shattering the outer layer of glass. The driver didn’t notice that he’d done this and when we let him know he said it was fine to continue so the coach shed clumps of broken glass all over the A90 on the way back.”

“My friends and I were running along the road towards Torridon. Local buses and all other drivers used passing places to allow us all to get by safely - big thumbs up and waves of encouragement all round. Not so the driver for Ratho Coaches. Went right past a passing place and then gesticulated angrily for us to make way and purposely edged towards our side of the road. Poor show Ratho Coaches. ☹️”
