“Had booked for bad matting to get removed was told on the day off that the client before me had jammed the cable in the garage door and snapped it and apparently the woman had came around and had a look and a 25ft cable wouldn’t fit and they would be unable to to it unless I went to a different address. No prior knowledge that she would need to connect her van to my house for power I got asked on day off about this twenty minutes before my appointment was due was also told between 1-2 got a phone call at five past 2 stating the woman came and had a look and a walk about and it wouldn’t be able to do it. If your cable snapped why even bother coming around to my property and not even chap the door to tell me to my face at least. Was hung up on abruptly after I said unfortunately I can’t wait another week for another appointment and will have to go elsewhere. Terrible customer service and I thought it was going to be a great company to use as they seemed very nice and helpful when I first made the appointment at end of October.”
