“Absolutely love this salon! I’ve been having my hair done by Emma for about 15 years now since before she had her own salon and I would never go anywhere else. Her ultimate aim is to make you feel happy and feel good about yourself. She will always advise on what she thinks would be a good fit for you but always listens. The chat in the salon between the girls and the clients is fantastic and I always have a lot of laughter and feel really happy when I leave, which is even better when I’ve been having a bad day. Emma also has an amazing memory and even if it’s been a couple of months since you’ve been in she will remember what you were talking about before as well as what she did with your hair last time! As for the previous post mentioning disposable towels that they legally had to use during the height of the pandemic (but that is not a requirement now!) …Studio 99 are fastidious about cleanliness, Covid and the environment. You have to fill out a Covid declaration form before your appointment, sanitise your hands on arrival, wear a mask throughout and everything used is clean (fresh laundered towels for each client) and personally am glad that my hairdresser is not contributing to yet more landfill and protecting the environment. Keep up the good work!”
