“I would give 10 stars if I could! I'm a brand new rider, bought a "bargain" from Glasgow, took it to the guys as soon as I could. They inspected it, told me the chain and sprockets needed immediate changing, ordered the parts straight away, serviced the bike while they came. After I took it out, my regulator stopped working, called them, they came and checked it themselves, we brought it back to the shop, ordered the parts again and got the bike back two days later.
