★★★★★“After I got rear ended sitting at a junction on my motorbike by a car doing 35-40mph, 9 months ago. A good friend suggested I contacted MLS to recover my losses over and above my bike insurance. I was sceptical at first but Jack soon put my mind at rest with his positive and professional advice. MLS took care of all the hassle and kept me updated accordingly. So after 9 months of them battling in the background for me, they secured me a decent settlement figure. I strongly recommend MLS to act on your behalf if you are ever unfortunate to be in such a stressful situation. 5 stars do not really merit the quality of service they give, more like 10/10. Thank you to all the MLS team and specifically Jack Adair top guy.”
★★★★★“Like many, whilst riding my motorcycle I was struck by a car at a roundabout resulting in a broken tibia and fibula. At first I was being advised by a solicitor appointed by my insurer but after about a year of feeling like nothing was happening I contacted Motorcycle Law Scotland to see if it was worth switching. They handled the process of contacting my previous solicitor and taking over my case and immediately went to work pressing the other parties insurers for answers and interim payments and Thomas Mitchell who was handling my case kept me up to date with the progress he was making. Ultimately leading to a satisfactory settlement sooner than I was expecting.”
★★★★★“In June 2024 a car pulled out at a roundabout and caused me to collide with the off side rear of the vehicle. I was taken to hospital by ambulance and my bike was collected and transported to a motorcycle dealership. Obviously this was not my fault so I contacted Motorcycle Law Scotland and asked for assistance. In swoops the magnificent Jack Adair and his team who took great care in detailing and pursuing my case. I received a reasonable settlement for my motorcycle, which was a write off. This permitted me to purchase another one so I didn’t loose out on the short summer we have. Jack then turned his attention to recovering recompense for my injuries and outgoings during my recovery. He made contact this week and informed me that the third party had made a reasonable offer, his advice was to accept, which I did. I have to say that without the intervention of Motorcycle Law Scotland I wouldn’t have received such a response from the third party. So to summarise, if you need help, Motorcycle Law Scotland are the people to contact. Thanks again to Jack and his team. Hopefully I’ll not require your help n the future.”
