If I have a concern about e.g. brakes, Mo will tell me to bring the car in that day to make sure the car is safe to drive. He has also happily carried out small jobs/repairs and often won't charge for these. The staff are always friendly and polite, and take the time to explain what needs done to the car - they will also often show me what the problem has been. I trust them and have never felt overcharged for their work - quite the opposite, as Mo has previously found cheaper solutions for me rather than cost me 100's of pounds!”
