“Had an issue in 2020 with my back box shearing off my tassoman exhaust contacted Adam with pictures and he advised me a price for a replacement box along with a new style bracket. He never advised that the issue was known and caused by the original bracket not being fit for purpose which could be rectified with a new style bracket and so I only purchased a replacement back box. This morning that also sheared off hitting and damaging my wheel. Upon contacting Adam he claimed he had advised me to change the bracket last year (he never as can be seen in the messenger correspondence) and as such completely failed to accept responsibility for another of his failed products blaming all sorts of excuses such as item over 3 yr old, not fitted correctly amongst other nonsense. I PERSONALLY wouldn't buy a chocolate bar from this company never mind parts for an expensive scooter. I would avoid this chancer and his company.”

“Awful customer service as seems to be the norm judging by previous reviews. Heard nothing for two weeks and when I emailed to query he blamed it on PayPal but would deliver the following week. Again nothing and despite repeated ignored emails only delivered after 7 weeks and a PayPal dispute.”
