“I am always skeptical looking for a new regular beauty salon. Beauty therapists see you in some of your most vulnerable stages (and ugliest!) and sometimes, it feels like you expect them to work a miracle, creating fantasy into reality. I screwed up with my first initial booking, not getting my patch test done in time (instead of cancelling I opted switch for something where it wasn't required), I felt so dumb- I should have known better. The girls couldn't have been more accommodating, I was met with an incredibly inviting and welcoming atmosphere, very relaxed and calm demeanors and it's actually really nice to see a group of girls who clearly not only enjoy their jobs, but enjoy each others company- refreshing! Prices are a little on the higher side than I'm used to (especially since I always tip). But not only do you pay for the service, you pay for your own personal therapy session. So far every staff member I have been booked with have always gone that little bit extra on making you feel comfortable and glamorous, hearing you out, reassuring you, being honest and open with you, it creates a great feeling of trust in them that they have your interests at heart and only want to meet your needs to their best capabilities. Such a wonderful, down to earth group of girls that clearly work harmoniously together to provide excellent service. I have really enjoyed my new regular visits, and I'm already looking forward to my next.”
