“AWFUL EXPERIENCE, , My First and last time Visiting This shop , 1) when entering 1 guy English was so bad the customer had to Tell me what he was saying,then when I stated I wanted biab infill he repeatedly stated Better you get New set every 4 week's take off and put on ,after 3rd time of me repeating and his customer explaining it's biab he told me ok take a seat. 2) girl who I sat next to then told me I'd have a long wait as she had been waiting 30 mins and Still not been taken ( she resulted just letting her partner get his feet done as had been so long) 3) 45 minutes later I got taken a d explained what I wanted and showed him the pictures,he hesitated for several minutes then Said ok 4) I explained I needed thicker layer of biab due to My needs for work,he didn't listen and grinded my biab do thin I explained Once again But still he didn't bother,the lady sitting to the right hand side of me had asked for the exact same thing and her assistant did nt listen Either I then got asked to move seat and told Another man would Now deal with me as This guy spoke little English and didn't understand me So I waited another 15 minutes for the manager to complete his customers nails 5) after explaining to the manager About needing a 2nd layer of biab he refused stating my nails were fine and once nail polish was on all would be fine 6) I showed him a photo of the design and he stated ok fine no problem so I presumed he could carry out no problem How wrong I was ,I had to ask him to put 2nd layer of gold on as it was hardly visible, still it didn't resemble the photo of style required ,all nails ended up being various size, wrong colour was Used for 1 of my nail and it was Such poor quality 7) I was so fed up and angry with everything I just wanted to leave Do I went to the till point to pay and the manager hesitated about what to charge me he then. Spoke with 2 of his employees and after they all finished conversation he then stated the cost to be £42 If you look below I'm sure you will agree that there is a significant difference and quality between what I'd requested compared to what I was given”

“this is the 2nd time i’ve been so happy with my nails! i so recommend this place. staff are so friendly!! staff have conversations with you which i love!! sometimes when you go and get your nails done you feel awkward or even uncomfortable. crown nails and spa are so welcoming i settled in right away. i’ll definitely be back!!”
