★★★★★“I’ve been going to Jenna’s for years and the girls are fantastic. So friendly and welcoming. I always get compliments on my nails. I trust their judgement and always take on any advice they give me over treatments. Wonderful team!”
★★★★★“I had a great experience at Jenna's salon. All the girls were lovely and professional. My botox treatment was pain free and I got the results I was hoping for. Thanks again. And I’ll definitely return for future treatments!”
★★★★★“I got 3 piercing here, everything was okay until the swelling became to much, now over £100 down with not a single 1 of the 3 piercings surviving. The nose piercing was done with a 1.2mm should've been a 1mm, the jewellery placed with the piercings were all far too short to allow for swelling. My ear will never heal back to the shape it originally was, looks like califflaur ear now. Pretty sad about it all, I reached out to the piercer before having to go for medication to reduce the subsequent infection I got from the trapped jewellery, the piercer said I could go in the following day and she could have a look, this was too late and I had to use pliers to get the jewellery out of my ear, This shouldn't have happened, in the photos (if I can add them) you can see where the top ear piercing is far to close to the fold on the back where the ear meets the head/hairline. You can also see little green plastic that came out of the piericng holes in my ear, Had the piercer been more intrested, offered a fix or a free/ discounted repierce with the correct jewellery this wouldn't be as harsh a reality as it is for me. Since im the one out of pocket & with deformed ear and nose, My ear is still a mess, my nose is also still a mess all because the jewellery was too small. The piercer has never checked in with me after I showed her the developing issue. Now im left with a horrible looking ear & a weird bump on & inside my nose that still isn't healed after nearly 2 months of removing the piercing. This wouldn't have happened if longer jewellery was used. All bodys reject piercings, thats fine but this is a issue of the wrong jewellery not rejection.”
