“Biab was applied well by First Lady however the Second Lady did not look at my nails once when using the tools which resulted in my fingers getting cuts on them, when I shared that I had been cut she ignored what I had said and continued to not pay attention when doing my other nails which resulted in more cuts. Colour I chose was not the one applied and when questioned I got told it was due to wanting a French tip and they couldn’t do that colour on it. French tip also too thick on one thumb and again wasn’t changed when asked. Salon was also not very clean which put me off and I won’t return back.”
