However I feel bad for the staff as I’m a very awkward person and sometimes I struggle to hear them but the staff are all so lovely and they do a flawless job all the time :)”

“I’ve been a regular customer at this salon and have always had positive experiences in the past, which is why today’s visit was quite disappointing. The nail technician who attended me appeared unhappy and uninterested from the start. When I showed nail design references and asked for small changes, she seemed unwilling to engage and repeatedly laughed, made faces, and spoke in Chinese with her colleagues. This made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected, especially as it happened right in front of me. I understand that staff may communicate in their own language, but the behaviour felt like mocking or gossiping, particularly when I asked questions or during payment. While waiting for her to confirm my bank transfer, she continued talking and laughing with another colleague instead of assisting me professionally. The salon was busy and the manager was not present, which may have contributed to the situation, but that does not excuse the lack of basic courtesy. I also noticed similar behaviour towards other customers, which was concerning. This salon has been one of my favourites, so it was genuinely upsetting to have such an experience. I felt uncomfortable and ignored, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers do not feel the same way.”
