“Tried to get a UPS parcel from here. The pick up location at this shop was confirmed over email and phone but he said two days in a row that it wasn’t there. When I next call UPS they tell me he’s given it back to the drivers because I didn’t pick it up on time. The parcels were also just left in the middle of the shop where anyone could take them easily. I requested it get sent to a different pick up location instead when I tried to track it down and got it with no problem from a shop where the parcels were secured in a different room.”

“Shop owner is particularly rude and refused to hand over a UPS parcel despite having the required documentation as proof. As a result I have complained to UPS and requested they find more suitable drop off and collection point. I would not recommend this shop to single females.”
