“DO NOT USE THIS STORE. Like many of the reviews here, I have had two very negative experiences at this store (should have learnt from my first visit). Today, I went to hand some luggage in after booking using Bounce, and was told I could not do so as there were items on the outside of my bag. The bag was a hiking rucksack and so it had water bottles in the pockets designed to hold these, and a sleeping mat on the front of the bag, which is where it is designed to go. Because of this he said it counted as more than one bag and couldn’t be stored at the shop, despite the bag being designed to hold items in the places they were. If this wasn’t bad enough, all of this was said incredibly rudely and unnecessarily aggressively, which is very similar to the first time I went to the store and left luggage, at which time I was told I couldn’t leave the bag there as it had an ice axe attached to it (far more understandable, but again said to me on a very aggressive manner).”

“The person who handled our luggage at 11:51 am was disrespectful, angry, and short-tempered. He cussed at us in his own language. The person who handled our checkout, on the other hand, was very nice and efficient.”
