“They chagre way to much for their products, they sold us a pack of sigaretts for 16 pounds (wich should be 11,20) when we wanted a refund the were not helpfull. Sounds like tax fraud to me, we eventually got a refund but they insisted to do a charge back on card. After some back and foreward we eventualy got the refund in cash, reported them to the head office”
