“Please avoid this place if ordering a parcel to be delivered to a shop. They will lose it (like my order today) and will be really odd and rude about it. Also, all of the deliveries are sitting in a box at the front by the door so someone could easily steal them when walking out. Update: Newsplus told Vinted that they returned the parcel but the seller has never received it. I have reported Newsplus to Vinted as they have clearly stolen or lost the parcel and lied. Do not use this shop.”

“I have never experienced the level of rudeness from a store clerk in my entire life. I am a repeat customer (based on convenience of location alone), and went in to mail an In Post Parcel. I presented the code and the package, and the clerk acted like I had just walked into a butcher and asked for the veggie special. He said “what do you want me to do with this?” And then proceeded to berate me and tell me that he’s “not a mind reader” (I thought it was pretty clear, considering I walked into with a parcel, had a code, and he’s in the business of sending parcels off, but I guess not?) He told me that he didn’t want my “f word money or business (repeatedly, and this is not the first instance), he “didn’t f word care”, he was “done with customers coming in.” I’m not sure what this guys problem is. Not sure if he hates his job, hates women, a combo of both, or simply if he just wants to be a nasty human being to all concerned.”

“Zero stars if I could! I go in, in multiple occasions- to send parcels or buy stuff. Rude owner, that has the audacity to talk back if you put him in his place! Laughable, to say the least! Avoid at ALL costs!”
