What customers say
★★★★★“Popped in here to grab 2 bottles of water to take on the hop on / off bus tour that goes from just across the road. They are clearly taking advantage of their captive audience - the prices are ridiculous. Two 500ml bottles of water, 1 still and 1 sparking, cost £4.73 (and I went for the cheapest option rather than Evian or San Pellegrino). I can get 2 small bottles of prosecco or 24 bottles of water for less than that in a supermarket! I probably would have bought more items if I hadn't been ripped off on the water, they should consider that.”
★★★★★“Walked into this shop looking for something specific didn’t find it, so I calmly walked out. That’s when this small guy (maybe the owner?) suddenly snapped and told me “Dont walk in if youre not buying anything!. I told him: “Then hang a board outside saying no browsing allowed.” His response? Called me deaf, slammed the door yelling “GETTT OUTTT!” and ran inside like a little girl. If you enjoy being barked at.. then this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid it like the plague.”
★★★★★“Prices marked up for the tourist trade or those traveling via the nearby Waverley station (fair enough). What I didn’t expect was to be charged more than the stated price via contactless. Sneaky. Wont’t use again.”
