Today I had an appointment to get dressing changed before my appointment I was bleeding had a burst clot. They seen me straight away and sorted me out and put my mind at ease. Outstanding care really thoughtful and caring. From the receptionist to the the nurses who cared for me. Brilliant care thank you”

“Some fantastic staff, all the clinical medics. Too many administrative and delivery guys are patient hostile. Seems they are looking for problems. Yesterdays service was excellent wish it wss like that every time. Some are openenly passively aggresive and NHS Lothian deivery drivers act entitled and are agressive. Practice management needs to take stock of client facing staff.”
