“As always, the hostile service prevails in this place. As a delivery driver, when I entered the premises, I identified my order as ready on top of the form. But I still got in line. In practice, my customer was already waiting even though he wasn't present. I represent him. I noticed that when I was identified as a driver, the attendants started to murmur. When it was my turn, the attendant didn't bother to give me the order because it was already ready and packaged. She simply rudely told me to stand outside the line and wait even though the order was ready behind her. Total incompetence on the part of the team. Where are the bosses?!”
