“Shocking behaviour from Driver Firstly, your drivers need to know driving your trucks, they are representing your brand. I had a very bad experience with your driver this morning 20/8/2024 at about 7:35am on the A71 coming from East Calder. As there are temporary traffic lights I think more patience is required. His shouting and hand sings were not appreciated nor needed, especially at woman, and this really left a very bad impression of your company with me, and I will be sure to share this with friends and family.”
