“I ordered food around 13.15 and it arrived approx 15.15. The restaurant did call me at 14.20 to say they were very busy and my order was next to be sent out however after almost an hour i called to see where it was and was told it was leaving the shop next 🤷 This was my first time ordering from here and I don't think I would be in a rush to use again. When the food eventually arrived, one baked potato was stone cold and the other marginally warm. The Cheeseburger had no cheese and it had what looked like a bite out of it. It was a dry burger roll and a burger. On the positive side my cappuccino was hot and tasty however only half full. There was extra cans of juice sent as compensation along with a few m & m bars which was a lovely gesture however I would have liked the one Fanta Lemon that I ordered to be included. Deserts were very nice however the ice creams were put in a bag right next to the hot cappuccino. I have read over recent reviews from the shop and there is a comment from the owner that no customers understand that the road works in Loanhead and surrounding areas are causing issues with delivery times common now of course people understand this but if your looking to use an excuse for cold food and abysmal delivery times please make it more believable. I too drive these areas everyday. The shop must be doing something right as they appear to be very busy and there is a lot of positive feedback too but on this occasion it was a poor show guys, sort it out. Very dissatisfied.”

“Ordered via Just Eat and about 10 minutes later had a refund saying the restaurant cancelled the order. BUT then received a call from a lovely chap at Treatz advising they were having issues with the system so I was delighted to place my order again. The food arrived around 30 minutes later, delivered by a really friendly and cheery driver which is a major change these days! The baked potatoes were delicious (highly recommend the crispy onion one)! The chips were lovely and not saturated in oil like other takeaways and my husband was overjoyed with his cinnamon doughnuts. Would highly recommend this place for the quality of their food, the friendly staff and delivery staff and will 100% visit again.”

“Baked potato. Potato skin is rock solid, cannot eat this “food” without using power tools to cut it open. Toppings of the potato? All over the card box it’s in, have to assemble it once it arrives.”
