“Ripped me off they pay the bare minimum price and sell items on for an extortionate price you only need to look at their guitar section to see they want crazy prices for guitars that are not worth the money. The Staff are pretentious and I was told to my face they only take care of regular customers. The shop itself is scabby looking on the inside and despite looking well run on the outside and saying best price on the door. High staff turn over and we all know what that usually means…I will never set foot in the store again. Please remember this review is my opinion it is completely subjective.”

“Visited this shop at the weekend to sell some old retro video games and a psp. Delighted with the money I received for things that have no use for me now with my current upgrades and would highly recommend this shop for good customer service and a good buy back service that can be used particularly in an emergency with low interest rates on items reclaimed. For the negative posts I would argue that you need to know the shops policy before you buy or sell any item and the staff will glady clarify this should you require their terms and conditions. As a long term customer I have always been treated with courtesy and good customer service so for this alone many thanks. I would highly recommend buying from their huge range of games and consoles at very competitive prices when the alternative is to pay retail for games that are becoming more expensive every year.
