“Probuild completed a communal repair for a leak in our stairwell. When they were completing the work we asked if they would be happy checking some areas in our flat that were damp. They completed the checks whilst on the job and sent out a quote for the repairs. We were then promptly given a date. Just prior to the work being carried out, we had further storm damage to our flat. Probuild agreed to look at the damage that week and after checking the roof told us they could complete all the repairs for us without booking a second date. This was greatly appreciated as there were loose/missing slates and flashing had lifted in the storm. Probuild are also very reasonably priced.”
