Thomas and David go out of their way to ensure the customer is very happy, and not inconvenienced in any way. They prep interiors thoroughly, and even vacuum and dust afterwards! Every member of their multi-trade teams (roofers, joiners, galziers, lead workers, scaffholders), are complete gentlemen and so polite and pleasant. The respect and care they show their clients is exceptional. The communication from the Edinburgh Cupola Company (and sister company Aspen Joinery), is efficient, thorough and thoughtful. Nothing is too much trouble to ensure that the customer is happy with the end product. Their knowledge and skill for the building requirements in a Category A, World Heritage building, is also exceptional. My neighbours were very impressed with the craftsmanship, and then they too booked the firm for their roof works too! You simply will not find better craftsmanship, efficiency and customer experience. “Great service from David, Thomas and their team throughout. They replaced our old historic cupola after it started leaking and also reslated a portion of our roof. Both jobs were done to a very high standard with great communication throughout. The work was very efficient and done with care and minimal disruption, and the team also fixed a number of faults caused be previous poor maintenance. We had both internal and external scaffolding and this was removed the same day the work was finished too. The new cupola looks great and we’re very happy with the results. Highly recommend”
