I have been coming to train with Shannon for almost a year now. She is the best trainer I know. I had lost my fitness after pregnancy and Shannon's support and help on getting back to strength has been amazing. Her knowledge shines through every move. I love small classes and feel supported and looked after every time. I am so glad to have found her and appreciate every class so much! Would highly recommend to anyone and especially those who find going to the gym a new and daunting experience - Shannon will make you feel welcome and looked after without any judgement.

I cannot recommend Shannon at Strong Lassies highly enough. I've always neglected my strength when it comes to exercise and after having my wee boy in 2023 it was something I was very conscious of (babies are heavy!). I've been working with Shannon as my PT for almost a year now and even though I only go once a week I have seen a great improvement in my strength and fitness. She has me lifting weights I never thought manageable and doing exercises I didn't know existed. The best bit is that as a Mum herself she just "gets it" when you have to reschedule due to a poorly child and it is great that the little ones are welcome to classes and sessions too. If you are thinking of getting back to fitness post baby or looking for a great womens PT, Shannon is your girl!

Shannon is an amazing coach and the only reason I felt confident to keep exercising in her classes up to 37 weeks pregnant and able to get back to fitness slowly with PT at 3 months post c section. This is because Shannon is really knowledgeable about pre and post partum fitness and I completely trust her to program workouts suitable for every stage. She is so supportive of mums getting back to fitness, her classes are really accessible for all levels and relaxed, and being able to bring the baby to class and PT means I can actually go to the gym in the mornings which is a godsend.
