He finally answered, claimed he would refund my money, and then never did. He has now blocked me. I would strongly advise using someone else if you’re desperate, but the safest option is to take your car to a proper garage.”

He came out the next morning to confirm his diagnosis and changed the alternator after picking up a new one locally. I can't recommend him highly enough as he had my motorhome running again in no time at all and cleared the fault codes that were showing afterwards. He is very knowledgeable and accommodating.
