“Five days ago, I brought my laptop to this shop for repair, either to replace the keyboard or two specific keys. I paid £35 in advance and was told that the next day I would receive a message with the final price. That message never came. After two days, I returned to the shop to ask for an update. I was told the technician was not responding and that I would be contacted once there was any news. Later that day, I received a message saying I would be contacted again to confirm whether the laptop could be repaired or not. That follow-up message never arrived. Yesterday, after receiving no further communication, I went back to the shop around 4:00 PM to request my laptop. I was told it had not yet arrived at the shop and that I should come back before closing time. I returned at 5:30 PM, only to find the shop already closed. I wasted time returning multiple times, and on top of everything, I did not receive my money back. Overall, a very frustrating experience you basically pay for lies or for promises.”
