“Sadly, I won’t be back. One of my items was framed incorrectly, so much so as to be unusable. When I asked for it to be done again in accordance with my initial instructions, it took weeks and weeks of me chasing and then I realised on getting it home that a corner of the print been ripped in the reframing and the mount was too large and cropped out some of the print. Presumably to hide more ripping? I spoke to the owner and emailed photos to give him a chance to put it right but he never came back to me. Very disappointing and I’ve wasted money on a print that is damaged as well as the cost of framing it but am not able to hang it. Owner smokes heavily in the shop so it’s extremely unpleasant in there.”
