“I do weekly online classes with Sabrina, which are fantastic. The live sessions are great for receiving tips on my posture and helping with motivation throughout. I also attend in person duet sessions which are great for a deeper dive into some pilates techniques. These sessions are great and tailored to you. Prior to Pilates I had regular wrist pains which needed physio treatment. I’m pleased to say that since starting Pilates I no longer have these issues. Sabrina is a fantastic teacher and I’d highly recommend her.”

“Sabrina’s Pilates classes are fantastic. I used to attend mat classes in person but now join the online class on a Wednesday. In the past I’ve found it difficult to motivate myself to do online classes but because these are done live, in realtime it’s much easier - I don’t have the same temptation to miss a class or stop half way through! Sabrina is such a great teacher, so knowledgeable, encouraging and fun. Having young kids I just couldn’t get to an in person class at the moment but the online option is ideal.”
