“I really enjoy my one to one Pilates sessions with Stephanie and she recently introduced me to her new piece of equipment the "Tower". Like the "Reformer" I feel the effects of the stretches and exercises more deeply than when performed on the mat/floor as the apparatus is primarily used to lengthen and strengthen the various muscles groups more effectively. I feel very relaxed and calm after my sessions with Stephanie who is an excellent Pilates instructor with a warm and friendly manner and she is very encouraging. I would thoroughly recommend her classes and the opportunity to try out the Reformer/Tower.”
