“I went to this podiatry service to have my calluses removed. When I booked my appointment I made the reception staff aware that my feet were in a serious condition and they booked me an appointment, it wasn’t until I arrived that I found out they had only booked me a standard 30 minute appointment . When the clinician realised the condition of my feet I notice she was worried only having 30 minutes to perform her task. She began to hurry and rush to try and meet this seemingly impossible deadline. During the procedure the woman accidentally cut me twice and had to bandage my foot. I was told to keep the bandage on for 48 hours, it has now been 48 hours and I was shocked when I removed the bandage to see how little had been done. I still have a lot callous that requires removal. This isn’t my first visit to a podiatrist so I know what condition my feet should be in after a visit to a podiatrist. This cost me £51 and I am on a limited income, I am not happy. How do they call this a professional job?”

“I had a fabulous, quality service and Jackie really was so thorough. She spotted a new mole on the sole of my foot and suggested I contact the GP asap. She also was very warm and friendly and concerned. As a result of her professionalism and dedication, I was able to have the mole removed surgically and this could have saved my life so I want to say a massive thanks to Jackie. A truly fab team. :). She will also be following up my foot care and gave great hints and tips for recovery. Much appreciated.”
